Great product.

This is the second hoodie I've bought in this style, the previous one was Sage green. Great fit, great material, great shape and very very warm especially when you zip it right up to the top. The obsidian is a lovely colour too. Well worth £35.

Wrong order

I ordered a different hoodie and this one arrived. I was told that the other one was discontinued but it was still on their website. I was told I could get a refund if I wanted. That would mean I had to go to loads of trouble and time wasting to package and post back what they sent me in error. Not great customer service
