It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the crew. Every time you shop online, you earn points. Rack them up and redeem them for money off future orders. Think of it as a loyalty programme with a bit more sparkle.

Just create an account with us — that’s it. No long sign-up forms, no hoops. As soon as you’re in, you’re earning.

There are plenty of ways to build your balance:

Please ensure you are logged into your account, add your items to your cart. Once you’ve hit a minimum spend of £50, you can use your points at checkout to knock some € off your total. You’ll see your available rewards as soon as you're logged in.

Nope — it’s one reward or discount per order. But don’t worry, you’ll still earn points on those discounted purchases!

Points last for 12 months from the date they’re earned — just make sure your account is active (placing orders, referring friends, that kind of thing).

Log into your account and head to the Rewards tab. Your full points history, rewards, and any available redemptions are all in one tidy spot.

Yes — you need to spend at least £50 (excluding delivery) on your order to apply your points. It keeps the system fair and smooth for everyone.

Not yet — our rewards are currently online-only. But we’re working on some exciting things in the background. Stay tuned.

Any points earned from that order will be removed. If you redeemed points on the order, those will be returned to your account once the return is complete.
