Very comfortable item, you would forget that you had it on. Great to wear if want to snuggle up at home or wear as an item before the gym. Can be worn casually with a pair of jeans or tracksuit bottoms. This item is perfect to use before a warmup run or when you cool down after exercise. I was very pleased with this purchase.
