I bought this item for my daughter for Christmas and the size S wasn’t suitable so I ordered the M and it arrived very promptly. It is great quality and very warm. Fleece nice but still waiting on refund

The fleece is nice and cosy. l ordered 2 of this fleece abd returned one that was too big on the 15th November. l am still waiting on my refund which g and c said they couldn't process due to a problem with Revolut which was not the case. Have not replied to my email of 12th Dec. Really awful customer service.
