GYM+COFFEE PARTNERS WITH A LUST FOR LIFE
Bressie and his team are back together, and this year they want everyone to ‘rise up’ for Youth Mental Health. We’re raising vital funds for A Lust For Life's early prevention schools programmes, teaching children from a young age how to enhance and protect their mental health.
We at Gym+Coffee are incredibly proud to partner with a Lust For Life for this campaign. With only 22% of children rating their mental health as good, we all must do more to support and embed these early prevention initiatives.
The Challenge…
This September, Bressie and his team embark on “The Rising 2024”.
🚣♂️ A six-day kayak down the River Shannon
🚴♀️ An epic 110 km cycle from Limerick to Killarney
⛰️ A triumphant climb up Carrauntoohil
…All to support A Lust For Life’s mission to ensure every child and young person in Ireland gets access to our schools mental health programmes. Over eight difficult days they will journey through Ireland by kayak, by bike, and by foot, collecting and sharing messages from our young people about their wellbeing.
Get involved!
This year, we want you to Rise Up with us! On the final day, September 15th, we are asking everyone to RISE UP with us across Ireland with, or for, the young people in your life. A Lust for Life’s programmes are free of charge, but costly to produce. The Rising will help us towards our goal of reaching every single child and young person in Ireland. The Rising is a journey of endurance and hope for Ireland’s young people. Rise up with A Lust for Life in 2024!
