What a year.
As we look back on 2024, it’s impossible not to feel grateful for all the moments—big and small—that brought us closer as a community. This year wasn’t just about products or milestones; it was about people, connections, and a whole lot of little sparks that made life richer for all of us.
We Kept Showing Up (Together)
From community hikes to run clubs, yoga sessions, and pilates classes, you showed up for yourselves and for each other. Whether it was the first step onto the trail or the tenth coffee after a workout, it’s the moments like these that remind us why Gym+Coffee exists.
We Tried Some New Things
This year, we dived into the world of healthy snacking with Mini Gains—our first-ever snack launch—and we teamed up with our friends at Wicklow Wolf to bring you a non-alcoholic beer that made balance taste a little sweeter.
We also introduced the First Hour Club Journal, created to help you start your days stronger, reflect, and keep chasing those goals—big or small.
We Had Some Proud Moments
There were plenty of reasons to celebrate this year. Our ambassadors gave us chills (and cheers) as they brought home Olympic medals for Ireland, inspiring us to dream bigger and push harder.
And in a moment that really hit home, we partnered with A Lust for Life to raise funds for children’s mental health services—a cause close to everyone's hearts.
The Community Came Through
The magic really happens when you get involved, and this year, you did just that. Over 10,000 votes poured in for the Make Life Richer Awards, shining a light on the people who inspire us every day.
And for those moments when you just wanted to cosy up? You showed us once again that nothing beats a warm fleece, a good hoodie, and time spent with the people who matter most.
