Received a pink hoodie.(purchased on sale) there was a rip in the arm. Emailed G+C explained this. Was told I would receive a replacement as that is what I requested. They refunded me and refused to replace the hoodie as conveniently it is now full price. disgusting customer service I will never buy from them again.
