Nourish Your Mind 🌱  is this evening at 7pm with a focus on all things mental health + nutrition! At 7pm, join Chartered Psychologist Kimberley Wilson  for a talk on Mental Health Prevention and Protection🥰

And at 8pm Registered Nutritionist and psychology graduate Sophie Bertrand will host How To Transform Your Relationship With Food😋

Tickets are only €5 with 10% being donated to charity partner  Barretstown Camp, PLUS ticket holders will gain exclusive access to watch the sessions back after the event.
